Connect with Nature

Alfred Wallace, English explorer and naturalist, upon visiting Kabui passage in Raja Ampat, described it to be "one of the most singular and picturesque landscapes I've ever seen".

The lodge gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in one of the most biodiverse areas on earth from ridge to reef.

It's the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect with nature alone or with loved ones.

Snorkelling & Fishing

In front of our lodge, the reef is home to a variety of colourful fish and coral species that is a sight to behold for guests who enjoy underwater explorations.

You can also experience a unique fishing trip at sea that uses a mix of local Papuan and Western fishing styles.

Hookah Diving

The AirBuddy system bridges the gap between snorkelling and scuba diving.

It does not require any air refills, complicated logistics or bulky gear yet it enables diving for almost an hour up to 6m deep.

Upon request and subject to availability, your host can provide a tailored introductory course in the lodge's reef.

Paddle Board & Dolphin Spotting

A stand-up paddle is available for you to explore Kabui bay. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy nearby coves when the sea is calm. You’ll be able to regularly spot dolphins in the mornings and evenings, as the area in front of the lodge has been recognised as a mating ground.
